Andi is an Emmy nominated veteran of broadcasting with over 13 years experience in the high-stress world of live television. She has worked for CBS and NBC network affiliates nationwide. She has covered the Iditarod in Alaska, Iowa Caucuses, Presidential visit, the Super Bowl, Indianapolis 500, and interviewed Hollywood’s brights stars all while staying calm, focused and centered. Her secret? Meditation. She first learned to meditate while studying Goju Ryu Karate in the mid 90’s.

or Sarah McLean. Sarah is founder of one of the leading meditation institutes in the nation. She served as the founding Education Director of Deepak Chopra’s mind-body center well-being (the Chopra Center), the Director of Byron Katie’s School for the Work and assisting author of Seat of the Soul by Gary Zuka.
Andi has coined the phrase ‘reptilian rush’ and ‘limbic lurch’ in regard to the knee-jerk reactions caused by raw emotions such as anger and fear. “Fight or flight” preprogrammed part of the 450 million evolutionary brain can wreak havoc on your thoughts, emotions and reactions. Everyday she helps people experience more happiness and well-being while exercising more control over their attention and emotions.
Andi is a competitive distance runner enjoying the serenity and beauty found on the trails in North Carolina foothills.
Andi is also a trained motorcyclist having completed the Schwantz Motorcycle Riding School hosted by former World Champion motorcycle road racer Kevin Schwantz and Girls MotoCamp hosted by AMA pro racer Shelina Moreda.
Andi studied Mass Communication at The University of North Carolina-Charlotte, German Language at the Paris Lodron-Universitaet in Salzburg, Austria and is a certified meditation coach through the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona, AZ.
